No, we no longer allow electronic devices in the games. This includes cell phones, smart watches, tablets, ect. in the game. At the guest’s request, a cell phone may be allowed in game for emergency contact with a person outside the party (ex: babysitter, parent). If you planned on using your cell phone as a flashlight, please ask your gamemaster for additional flashlights or lanterns in the game, we are happy to add some for you. Please note that the only game that cannot have light added is Krampus: Violent Night. Due to the nature of the game, it is meant to be played in minimal lighting.

Yes. Due to the nature of the experience, being a bystander isn’t an option in the room. All guests entering the game must be included in the total guest count and have a paid ticket.

  • In addition to our regular cleaning, we have increased the cleaning and sanitizing of our facility. All guest areas & play spaces are frequently wiped down with disinfectant wipes.
  • We have alcohol based hand-sanitizer in the lobby.

Yes, and they are encouraged.

Yes, and your infant doesn’t count towards the room maximum. However, there is no place to put child down during the room or space for a stroller, so you’ll either need to hold your infant or have a carry harness of some type.

Share freely about your experience but please keep the clues and mysteries of the room a secret so that others may have just as much fun as you did!

Reservations are highly suggested but we also accept walk-ins! Go to our Reservations page to save your spot today. We suggest calling before you walk in, we frequently sell out!

Approximately 1 hour. Please plan to arrive around 15 minutes before your start time, or you’ll miss the ramp up to your experience. When you arrive you will first sign our waiver, then receive a quick scenario and room briefing. This also allows time to meet your teammates. Then you will begin your adventurous 50-60 minutes in the room (dependent upon which experience you’ve selected). Plan for a few minutes afterwards for a team photo and share your victory or defeat on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or however you share your personal stories.

Guests that arrive late will be able to participiate in the escape room experince, however, the original end time of your booking will still be valid. Arriving late will give you less time to beat the room!

Minors under the age of 14 participating must have an adult in the room with them.

Due to the nature of the experience, being a bystander isn’t an option in the room. All guests entering the game must purchase a ticket and count towards the room’s maximum occupancy.

Group questions

While there is a quick waiver to fill out, please don’t arrive more than 30 minutes before your scheduled room.

The waiver needs to be signed for by any adult with the party that will be responsible for any damages incurred. It does not need to be the parent or legal guardian of the minor.

Yes, we have ample parking.

Due to fire code, regardless of the event type, there can only be 6-10 people in the room. 6 people for Krampus, and 8 guests for all other games. We do not make exceptions to the player maximum, as it would make the games unsafe to play and uncomfortably cramped. Please note: if all the players are under the age of 14 an adult needs to be in the room with the players, this person counts towards the maximum players and requires a paid ticket.

Unfortunately our lobby area is too small to allow groups to eat/open gifts in our lobby as the space is used for incoming guests to prepare for their game.

Our rooms are designed with 14+ in mind. Kids under that age will surely be able to assist and figure out some of the puzzles, but will likely have a difficult time completing the room without significant assistance from an adult.

Rooms

The rooms are challenging to most groups, it’s part of the appeal! Some groups will not succeed. Use your wit, logic, communication, deductive reasoning and observational skills. You have access to unlimited clues within the game, so if you get stuck on a puzzle- you’re welcome to ask for assistance!

The entrance to the game will always be unlocked, you can step out of the game to use the restroom or take a breather at any time. Some rooms will have locked doors that you need to open to proceed, but even those doors have appropriate exit hardware/buttons in case you need to leave the room from the nearest exit early for any reason.

Please note that if you exit the game for any reason, your game time will not be paused.
