WHAT IF I WANT TO BOOK ADDITIONAL NON-GAMING TIME WITH MY GROUP?
We offer add-ons in half-hour increments either before or after your event.
WHEN DO I NEED TO PAY FOR THE PRIVATE EVENT?
Events will not be reserved until payment is provided. We have multiple inquiries about time slots and they go to the first group whom reserves and pays.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PRIVATE EVENT?
You may make changes or cancel up to 7 calendar days (1 week) prior to your event.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A PRIVATE PARTY BOOKING AND A REGULAR BOOKING?
Private events get exclusive use of our facility. All of your rooms can start at the same time. We will open for you outside of our regular booking hours. Add-on of catering available (at additional cost).
HOW DO I BOOK/RESERVE?
Email our event management team at events@beattheroom.com with details of your request, including number of people participating, number of hours, and dates you prefer.
CAN I SCHEDULE A PRIVATE EVENT DURING YOUR NORMAL HOURS, AS WELL?

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept all major credit cards, cashiers checks, or we can invoice you, but the room will not be reserved until payment is received.
