I just want to watch my kids play, do I still need to pay?
Yes. Due to the nature of the experience, being a bystander isn’t an option in the room. All guests entering the game must be included in the total guest count.
Cleaning and Sanitizing
In addition to our regular cleaning, we have increased the cleaning and sanitizing of our facility. All guest areas & play spaces are frequently wiped down with disinfectant wipes. We have alcohol based hand-sanitizer in the lobby.
Why can’t my friend/family book the other open slots on my booking?

Are Costumes allowed?
Yes, and they are encouraged.
Can we bring our infant with us?
Yes, and your infant doesn’t count towards the room maximum. However, there is no place to put child down during the room or space for a stroller, so you’ll either need to hold your infant or have a carry harness of some type.
