Yes, and your infant doesn’t count towards the room maximum. However, there is no place to put child down during the room or space for a stroller, so you’ll either need to hold your infant or have a carry harness of some type.

Share freely about your experience but please keep the clues and mysteries of the room a secret so that others may have just as much fun as you did!

Yes, a reservation is necessary and easy to book online! Go to our Reservations page to save your spot today.

Approximately 1 hour. Please plan to arrive around 15 minutes before your start time, or you’ll miss the ramp up to your experience. When you arrive you will first sign our waiver, then receive a quick scenario and room briefing. This also allows time to meet your teammates.  Then you will begin your adventurous 50-60 minutes in the room (dependent upon which experience you’ve selected). Plan for a few minutes afterwards for a team photo and share your victory or defeat on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or however you share your personal stories.

Arriving 15 minutes early is very important to allow for check in and briefing. You will not be permitted to enter the room if you are late. Refunds will not be issued to late participants and that reservation cannot be rescheduled.

Minors under the age of 14 participating in private room experiences must have an adult in the room with them.

Parties (6)

While there is a quick waiver to fill out, please don’t arrive more than 30 minutes before your scheduled room.

The waiver needs to be signed for by any adult with the party that will be responsible for any damages incurred. It does not need to be the parent or legal guardian of the minor.

Yes, we have ample parking.

Due to fire code, regardless of the event type, there can only be 8 people in the room. If all the players are under the age of 14 and an adult needs to be in the room with the players, this person counts towards the maximum.

Unfortunately the busyness and size of our lobby does not typically allow for this, nor do we have the extra space to store presents and bakery items while you’re in the room.

Our rooms are designed with 14+ in mind. Kids under that age will surely be able to assist and figure out some of the puzzles, but will likely have a difficult time completing the room without significant assistance from an adult.

Reservations (4)

We have moved to a new private bookings only. This means that once your select your number of participants, no one else will be able to book online with you. If you want to change the number of people in your booking after you’ve booked, please contact us to do so.

You can change or cancel your reservations up to 24 hours before your reservation. Please call us, email us at customerservice@beattheroom.com or use our contact us form to cancel. Please include your booking # from your confirmation email to help us find your booking easier.

Room space fills quickly. We recommend booking as far in advance as you feel comfortable.

The rooms need a minimum of two players to be experienced properly and have a maximum capacity of 8 players. The 8 player maximum is fire code related and no exceptions can be made.

Rooms (2)

The rooms are challenging to most groups, it’s part of the appeal! Some groups will not succeed.  Use your wit, logic, communication, deductive reasoning and observational skills.

Some rooms will have locked doors that you need to open to proceed, but even those doors have appropriate exit hardware/buttons in case you need to leave the room from the nearest exit early for any reason.
